Refund policy

Returns/ Exchanges  and Cancellation are subject to the following:

We have a 2 Days- return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a returns.
Return is only accepted on if the product is defective or different from what is shown in the picture. Opening video of package is mandatory for any claim. 

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the product returning process, please follow these steps:

1. Request a Return: Email us at pratibhasarees@gmail.com with the subject line “Product Return” and include your order details and reason for return.

2. Return Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Kindly ship the product to our original address using this label.

3. Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued either: To the original mode of payment, or as credit points in your Pratibha Sarees customer account, which can be used for future purchases.

Note: Refunds are issued only in the form of credit points or to the original payment method. Credit points are immediately redeemable for shopping on the Pratibha Sarees website.  Also the return parcel charges up to INR150 will be borne by us.

 

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return is accepted only if the product is defective or different from what is shown in the picture. You can get the product exchanged within 48 hours.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a product/s can only take place within 6 hours of confirmation of the purchase.
